The Insomnia Cookies, Wabash Ave, Chicago location is fantastic! Not only are the Staff SUPER friendly, they go above and beyond, out of their way to assist you! I had a delivery order issue on a gift and the Manager was quick to assist me in correcting the situation. THAT is fantastic customer service. THAT service keeps customers! And their cookies are always great! Warm and delicious! Definitely a location worthy of your order!

Ended up at Insomnia Cookies after a night out in the South Loop and yeah… this place absolutely saved the night. Grabbed a 6-pack with chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, and the s’mores deluxe plus a cookie ice cream sandwich. Everything was still warm and gooey when they handed it over. Staff was cool even with a late-night crowd rolling in. Lowkey one of the best sweet tooth spots in the city.

delicious cookies however if you have a treenuts and/or peanuts allergy, maybe don’t order from here unfortunately :( they must have a lot of cross contamination, because even when i have ordered nut-free cookies, i’ve had a scratch on the back of my throat after eating the cookies.
